Responding to Their Need – Part 2

Here are more phrases that can be used to respond to the needs of others.  Notice that there are no obligations or expectations of reciprocation.

“I just thought of someone you might enjoy talking to because…”

“It sounds as if what would be helpful is … Here’s the name and number of the person I used when I was dealing with that same issue last month.”
